The characters in the logo are Korean and say Jakeun Bal Taekwondo, Jakeun Bal is Korean for Little Feet. The feet can bee seen to go round and round on a never ending journey of knowledge. We all start life with little feet which continue to grow until we reach maturity. As children we are willing and eager to learn and develop, which is can be likened to some one taking up a martial art.

The red and green ying and yang centre represents the balance found in nature; everything in life has an opposite. Red and green are opposites, and because of this the colours react with each other making the other colour brighter. Red and Green are also used to represent port and starboard on ships which is why we have ended up with red and green feet.
